Tesla's Model 3 owner's manual lists a maximum of 65 kg (150 lbs) on the roof, including the roof rack, accessories and load. Check the limit for your model in your owner's manual.
Tesla's manual also says not to overtighten a roof rack and not to drill extra holes.
