A power frunk motorizes the front trunk, like the rear liftgate. It opens and closes on its own, so there's no pushing down on the hood to close it and fewer fingerprints on the paint.
Choose your car
Pick the version for your model and year. For the Model Y, the seller splits the versions by frunk type:
Model Y 2019–2025, type A (SH201): for most Model Y built up to March 2025. The seller says some 2024–2025 cars built in the US or Berlin use type B (AST), so check your frunk first.
Model Y Juniper and Model Y L: SY205 for cars with a frunk button, SY206 for cars without one. The seller says the frunk button was dropped from January 2026, and the Model Y L takes SY206.
Separate versions for the Model 3 (2016–2020, 2021–2023 and Highland), Model S and Model X.

Before you order
