Brought a US-spec Tesla to a region that uses CCS2 chargers? Its North American (NACS) charge port won't plug into a CCS2 station on its own. This adapter sits between the station's CCS2 plug and your car, so you can use public AC chargers and DC fast chargers.
Who it's for
Teslas with the North American (NACS) port: Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X built for the US and Canadian market.
Not needed for European-spec Teslas. If your car already has a CCS2 port, it plugs into CCS2 stations directly.
Older cars: the seller notes that Teslas built after June 2020 work without a retrofit. Cars built earlier may need Tesla's CCS retrofit for DC fast charging, so check with Tesla service before you order.

AC + DC: rated up to 250 kW DC and 19.2 kW AC. Actual charging speed depends on your car and the station.
Temperature cut-off: charging stops if the adapter reaches 90 °C.
